Progressive Athletics will return to Governors run for a 6 week neighborhood boot camp in the fall!! The 6 week program will include:
- A weight loss challenge (with prizes!)
- Holiday/Seasonal Themed Workouts and Exercises (Halloween, Labor Day, Columbus Day, football-type workouts, etc.)
- New Equipment and Exercises
- A nutritional workshop/talk with the head trainers
- Food Logs and Exercise Recommendations
What: The fall boot camp is a fun, yet challenging series of workouts aimed to improve the overall fitness of Governors Run and bring the community together!
