At Progressive Athletics, we  believe in Personal Small Group (PSG) Training.

Here's how it works:

The Progressive Athletics fitness coaches have designed a proprietary program that changes week to week and month to month to keep workouts fresh.

The general programming addresses strength, endurance, core, muscle tone, muscle imbalances, balance, flexibility, and power.

Everyone's body is different, so we modify within our program based on our members specific needs.

We do this by using a variety of exercises, weights, rep schemes, and other modifications.

Here's how to get started:

1) Schedule an initial visit

Stop by and check out a semi-private class in session. If you like what you see proceed to step 2.

2) Sign up for the introductory assessment classes

This is where we get to know YOU, your goals, and your capabilities. Proceed to step 3.

3) Join an existing class that fits your schedule 

We will create your fitness program specific to your needs and place you in a group of members that works best for your schedule. This will be your assigned class time and group. If you can't make your scheduled class, call us and we can fit you into another class time.

4) Slim Down. Have Fun. Get Strong 

Exercise isn't boring or a chore. If you put in the work, and hold yourself accountable, you'll be on your way to a happier, healthy lifestyle and become a strong member of the "PA" family. Along the way, you will have your coaches and other "PA" members to help keep you on course. With that kind of support, there's no way you can fail.
