Haaris and Mark started Progressive Athletics with one goal in mind: delivering optimal wellness services, specific to each individual in order to get the best results. We believe in a multi-faceted approach to health and wellness. A proper fitness regimen requires a combination of proper nutrition, exercise programming, cardiovascular prescription, and rest. To neglect any of these areas of fitness will set you up for average results.

We believe that no one client is the same. We customize every exercise and stretch based upon your weak areas and immobile areas. Exercise is a skill and a proper progression is necessary in order to restore the way your body moves. These areas will always be addressed as part of our 4-phase Progressive Athletics exercise programming.

If you are an athlete, such as a runner, who wants to improve your overall strength, running time, or form, we will help you. If you are trying to lose weight and get in shape, we will teach you the best methods to do so. No matter what your wellness goal is, we will help you reach it!
