What is it? 

The personalized training of a small group of members at the same time. The coach manages the class and instructs each individual to ensure they perform exercises properly. Combine that with the energy, support, and accountability of a group.

How many members per class?

3-5 members.

Is it personalized?

Yes! Workouts are customized to each members strength, experience, comfort, and capability. The same way they would be in a 1 on 1 personal training setting. 

How is it scaled?

Our coaches have the experience to modify any and every exercise our members perform based on their needs. This allows each members workout to be customized.
