Sometimes to get in the best shape of your life you need to take MASSIVE action.

In my decade of personal training, I've come to the conclusion that there are 2 types of people who transform their bodies.

The first type of person is the one who makes gradual changes over an extended period of time and ultimately transforms their life and reaches their weight and fitness goals.

The second type of person is the one who takes massive action, achieves incredible results in a short period of time, and never looks back.

If I had to put percentages behind it I would say that the first type of person makes up about 99% of those who are actively pursuing a fitness transformation.

That leaves 1% for the rest...

One of my clients Linette dropped 60 pounds in 6 months and is doing pull ups and running 10k obstacle course races now...

One of my other clients Dan dropped 62 pounds in 4 months and actually has abs now...

Both of them have been able to maintain their transformations to this day.

It is entirely possible that you are one of those people too.

And the reality could be that you haven't had a successful transformation because the actions you have taken to get fit have not been MASSIVE enough.

Massive action means completely overhauling your entire life...

Only healthy food in the house, working out every day, giving up alcohol...

Anything that does not directly contribute to your goal gets tossed aside...

Addition by subtraction.

Some people truly need to do things this way because if they don't, it will be too easy for them to slip back into their old ways.

I actually did this when I started my gym Progressive Athletics...

I had about $500 to my name... and I quit my job to start my own business.

On the surface you may think that was a terrible idea... and at the time when I did it if you were to ask me, I would probably say the same thing.

But in hindsight it worked out because it forced me to take MASSIVE action...

I had no choice but to succeed because I was forced to eliminated anything in my life that didn't directly contribute to my goal of opening a successful gym.

And here I am 4 years later with an incredible gym full of incredible people getting incredible results.

I don't say this to brag...

But I say this to make the point that sometimes taking MASSIVE action is exactly what we need to do when we feel stuck.

It shakes us into reality and knocks us away from complacency.

If you are trying to lose weight...

Taking MASSIVE action might look something like this...

1) Go through your entire fridge and pantry and donate any food that is processed... (eliminate foods that don't bring you closer to your goals.)
2) Go to the grocery store and pick up a ton of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins...(pick up foods that do bring you closer to your goals.)
3) Hire a personal trainer or purchase a membership to an expensive group training studio. (If you spend a lot of money on it, you will take it seriously.)
4) Workout every day, first thing in the morning... the earlier the better. (This will shock you into new habits.)

The reality is this...

Sometimes we are not strong enough to tip toe into a transformation...

We need to completely change our habits and the way we do things, as if we were dropped into a completely new life.

If you have played the weight loss yo-yo game and have been unable to maintain a true body transformation, you should give this a try.

Take MASSIVE action...

It can't hurt...

Because you may truly be part of the 1% of people who need to go all out in pursuit of their goals...

And you will never know until you try...

As Robert F. Kennedy once said...

"Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly."

So go big and dare to fail...

Take MASSIVE action and learn what works for you.

You deserve to know whether it will or not.

Hope This Helps
