Phase 1: Adapt

“4-6 Weeks”

This is the introductory phase here at Progressive Athletics…

  • You will begin with 1 on 1 personal training

  • Transition to intermediate level Bootcamp classes

  • Portion based nutrition program

  • Introductory accountability protocols

Phase 2: Advance

“12-16 weeks”

This is the next step in our members fitness journey.

The goal here is to get you to a point where you are happy with how you look and feel.

  • Attend a mixture of Bootcamp and Tribe classes

  • Lifestyle based nutrition plan

  • Bi-weekly accountability protocols

  • Access to “Legends” membership programs

Phase 3: Excel

“12-16 Weeks”

Now that you are in a place where you feel amazing.

We will teach you how to keep that feeling.

  • Attend advanced Tribe Classes 3-5 times per week

  • Macronutrient based nutrition programs

  • Goal-specific accountability protocols

  • Full access to all “Legends” membership programs

Phase 4: Perform

“4-8 weeks”

This phase is optional.

It is for members who wish to pursue athletics feats

  • Attend advanced Tribe Classes 3-5 times each week

  • Attending our specialty classes 1-2 times each week

  • Goal-specific, macronutrient based nutrition

  • Goal-specific accountability protocols

  • Full access to all “Legends” membership programs
