‣ You will begin with 1 on 1 personal training

‣ Transition to our Bootcamp classes

‣ Introductory accountability protocols

Phase 2: Advance

“12-16 WEEKS”

This is the next step in our members' fitness journey.

The goal here is to get you to a point where you are happy with how you look and feel.

‣ Attend a mixture of Bootcamp and Tribe classes

‣ Lifestyle-based nutrition plan

‣ Bi-weekly accountability protocols

LET'S GET STARTED

Phase 3: Excel

“12-16 WEEKS”

Now that you are in a place where you feel amazing.

We will teach you how to keep that feeling.

‣ Attend advanced Tribe Classes 3-5 times per week

‣ Macronutrient based nutrition programs

‣ Goal-specific accountability protocols

‣ Full access to all “Legends” membership programs

LET'S GET STARTED

Phase 4: Perform

“4-8 WEEKS”

This phase is optional.

It is for members who wish to pursue athletics feats

‣ Attend advanced Tribe Classes 3-5 times each week

‣ Attending our specialty classes 1-2 times each week

‣ Goal-specific, macronutrient based nutrition

‣ Goal-specific accountability protocols

‣ Full access to all “Legends” membership programs
