Health and fitness can be confusing, we believe the pricing should be simple. All of our memberships are month to month, meaning we believe in our product. If you need to cancel for whatever reason just give us 30 days notice to make it happen. For a fraction of the cost of personal-training you can start your active lifestyle journey.


Step 1 - Starter Package

$270 - 3 Personal Skill Sessions

Newcomers begin with three skills sessions with a certified personal trainer. We believe in taking the time up front to assess your mobility, strength, and power before you join semi-private classes. In these hybrid sessions, you will learn the principles of safe and effective exercise and techniques and skills that will pay dividends later on. It also gives us time to better understand your needs and goals.


You will learn how semi-private classes work and get a preview of your workout booklet so that you feel prepared to enter semi-private classes. Once the sessions are complete, you and your coach will decide what membership is appropriate for you as you begin your training.

This membership is a good choice for beginners just starting out, allowing them to ease into the program and reduce risk of injury or burnout. We monitor how the athlete feels during these beginning stages and talk through when we feel the client is ready for more classes. 

This is also a popular membership for those that use Three Peaks Training to supplement other training like long-distance running, cycling, etc

This is where the magic happens! Members who workout three or more times per week see the best results for weight loss, strength, bone density, mobility, power, and energy level.


We believe that the more birthdays you have, the often  you should work out to retain and gain strength and mobility. For every decade you should add a day of exercise. In your 30's, workout 3 days per week. In your 40's, 4 days per week. And so on.


Of course, it's important to workout smart and recover from each workout. We believe in submaximal training to make this possible.
